Social Media Wealth Club
All affiliates must agree to and comply with this Code of Conduct as a condition of participation in Social Media Wealth Club (“SMWC”).
- Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination.

- STATUS OF AFFILIATES
Affiliates:
- Are independent introducers
- Are not employees, agents, or representatives of Social Media Wealth Club
- Must not present themselves as financial advisers
- Must not provide regulated financial advice
- Must not imply regulatory authorisation
Affiliates operate strictly as referral partners.
- TRUTHFUL AND RESPONSIBLE PROMOTION
Affiliates must:
- Use only approved marketing materials
- Present the opportunity accurately and responsibly
- Avoid exaggerated income claims
- Avoid misleading comparisons
- Avoid statements suggesting guaranteed income
- Avoid presenting participation as an “investment scheme”
Earnings must always be described as:
- Performance-based
- Transaction-dependent
- Not guaranteed
Misrepresentation will result in disciplinary action.
- NO RECRUITMENT-ONLY PROMOTION
Compensation is earned from completed vehicle transactions.
Affiliates must not:
- Promote recruitment as the primary opportunity
- Suggest income can be earned without product activity
- Encourage inactivity while collecting network commissions
The Active Affiliate requirement must be clearly communicated.
- TRUTHFUL AND RESPONSIBLE PROMOTION
Affiliates must not:
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use false identities
- Manipulate tracking links
- Create fake transactions
- Use deceptive marketing
- Make false regulatory claims
- Misuse brand names
- Use unauthorised logos or intellectual property
- Misrepresent commission calculations
- Hide or omit the 20% service fee disclosure
Any fraudulent or deceptive activity will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
- MARKETING STANDARDS
Affiliates must not:
- Use spam email campaigns
- Use misleading social media advertisements
- Impersonate the company
- Create unofficial websites without written approval
- Alter official documents
- Modify compensation structure language
All marketing must remain:
- Accurate
- Compliant
- Ethical
- SOCIAL MEDIA CONDUCT
When promoting on social media, affiliates must:
- Avoid income exaggeration
- Avoid lifestyle-based earnings claims
- Avoid presenting commission examples as guaranteed outcomes
- Avoid targeting vulnerable individuals
Posts must reflect responsible promotion standards.
- ACTIVE AFFILIATE REQUIREMENT
Affiliates must understand and respect the Active Affiliate qualification rule:
To qualify for structured participation commission in any calendar month, an affiliate must personally introduce at least one qualifying vehicle transaction that completes in that month.
Recruitment alone does not generate structured participation commission.
- SERVICE FEE DISCLOSURE
All commissions and transaction payments are subject to a 20% service fee.
Affiliates must clearly disclose this when discussing compensation.
Failure to disclose the service fee may be treated as misrepresentation.
- COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
Affiliates must comply with:
- UK consumer protection law
- Advertising standards regulations
- Data protection laws (UK GDPR)
- Anti-fraud legislation
- Applicable international laws where operating
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance in their own jurisdiction.
- DATA PROTECTION
Affiliates must:
- Handle personal data responsibly
- Not store customer data without consent
- Not sell or distribute personal data
- Use secure communication practices
Any breach of data protection obligations may result in termination.
- TRAINING & CONTINUING STANDARDS
Affiliates are encouraged to complete official training programmes.
The company may require completion of training modules as a condition of continued participation.
- COMPANY RIGHTS
Social Media Wealth Club reserves the absolute right to:
- Suspend an affiliate account
- Withhold commission payments pending investigation
- Terminate affiliate membership
- Cancel structured participation rights
- Remove access to referral links
- Recover commissions obtained through fraudulent or improper conduct
Termination may occur where the company reasonably believes that an affiliate has:
- Violated this Code of Conduct
- Engaged in fraudulent activity
- Misrepresented the opportunity
- Used misleading marketing
- Exaggerated earnings potential
- Engaged in conduct damaging to the company’s reputation
- Breached applicable law
The company’s decision shall be final.
- NO GUARANTEED INCOME
Affiliates acknowledge that:
- Income is not guaranteed
- Earnings depend on personal effort and network activity
- Results vary significantly
- Commission structures and compensation arrangements may be amended, varied, suspended or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of management, without prior notice.
- Affiliates must not imply otherwise.
The company may require completion of training modules as a condition of continued participation.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that:
- You have read this Code of Conduct
- You understand the rules
- You agree to comply fully
- You understand violations may result in immediate termination
Participation in Social Media Wealth Club is conditional upon ongoing compliance.
